Each of Boruto’s arms has a blue vortex with two concentric circles around it in his new appearance.

He now has much longer hair than he did in the Boruto manga, and two strands of it frame each side of his face as it hangs down to his face. He also wears a new high-collared black Cloak with long sleeves and a zip-up front.

The blue vortex on Boruto’s arms is a symbol of his developing power and strength as he continues to grow. It’s also a visual representation of the two years that have passed since Naruto ended.

You also see how much time has gone by for the characters in between. The artwork also illustrates Boruto standing atop the Hokage monument. This completely fits him because he will eventually become the Seventh Hokage himself.

Overall, Ikemoto has outdone himself with this beautiful design for Boruto’s time-skip look. We can’t wait to see more from him in the future!

The new series of Boruto Uzumaki takes place after a time skip. In addition, the new series reveals in depth the future events of Boruto and all of its mysteries. The shinobi world will change forever, and the Hidden Leaf Village is in the hands of Boruto, with more to come!
