Each of these weapons differs from others because some are capable of potentially killing special-grade cursed spirits or sorcerers, while other weapons are weaker but are the ultimate support tool. Cursed tools in Jujutsu Kaisen play a very important role among sorcerers and cursed spirits.

What are Cursed Tools in Jujutsu Kaisen? Cursed Tools are specialized weapons and support items utilized by jujutsu sorcerers, intentionally infused with curses. Unlike cursed objects, cursed tools are weapons charged with cursed energy, allowing even non-sorcerers to wield them against cursed spirits. Similar to sorcerers and cursed spirits, cursed tools are classified into grades one through four, depending on their strength and effectiveness. The higher the grade, the more significant the advantage they provide in jujutsu combat. With the exception of Playful Cloud, all special grade cursed tools possess a cursed technique.

15. Nanako’s Cellphone

Nanako is a sorcerer who was friends with Geto Suguru because she and her sister got saved by him and have stayed by his side ever since. Her cursed tool is a cellphone that has the ability to influence anything that the camera takes a picture of.

Using the cursed tool takes a heavy toll on her body, as she can hardly use it numerous times in a row. Although the technique is useful, it is more like a technique rather than that all of the ability is facilitated by the cellphone.

14. Slaughter Demon

This cursed knife is the first cursed tool shown in the Jujutsu Kaisen anime series. It is a small sharp knife with 2 holes in the middle and a wide edge. We see Itadori Yuji use it in battle to slice through cursed spirits, as this knife is covered with cursed energy.

This tool is also okay to use for non-sorcerers, being the ultimate tool for “normal humans”.

Megumi uses the Black Blade against Hanami with precision and fast strikes and lands multiple blows to the powerful cursed spirit. The wielder of the blade is also important because when Maki Zenin used it, its power increased.

Nanami primarily goes into battle with a blunt sword wrapped in a cloth with a splattered black dot design. The sword itself is short with a wooden handle. Therefore, Toji Fushiguro is the perfect candidate to wield this weapon, as he easily cuts through all of Geto Suguru’s cursed spirits. For example, Toji effortlessly cuts through the Rainbow Dragon of Geto, which had the toughest hide of all spirits during that time.

7. Dragon-Bone

Dragon-Bone is the masterpiece cursed tool made by Juzo Kumiya. After Tengen-Sama informed Maki Zenin about the whereabouts of this cursed tool, she immediately went there to obtain it.

The blade has one thick edge, along with three small holes in the back. Why this cursed tool is so powerful is because it has the ability to build up and release kinetic force, the same with cursed energy.

Also, the Dragon-Bone can release both forces from the three engines to propel the blade according to the user’s command, providing it with significantly enhanced cutting power compared to ordinary blades.

6. Festering Life Sword

The Festering Life Sword is a strong cursed tool used by the special-grade cursed spirit Kurourushi, the cockroach curse. This weapon mixes life and death together. So this unique sword has six firing barrels on the front, which can shoot projectiles at its opponent from close by.

Merely blocking the sword won’t help, because the sword can shoot small insect eggs into the enemy’s body. After the eggs enter the skin, these eggs hatch, and small insect-curses breed from the inflicted wound. This also happens when the wielder of the sword cuts the target.

Toji Fushiguro stored this cursed tool within his inventory cursed spirit, just like he did with his extensive collection of weapons. The cursed spirit could conceal the back end of the chain in its mouth, enabling Toji to pull on it and extend its reach whenever he desired.

This blade is the perfect counter to all cursed spirits because it is completely infused with positive energy, similar to the energy generated from reverse cursed technique. This means that every cursed spirit can be cut through with ease, because of the positive cursed energy.

The Inverted Spear of Heaven is the most powerful special-grade cursed tool and was used by none other than Toji Fushiguro. This dagger-shaped weapon can cancel any cursed technique when the user directly hits them, having the technique completely nullified. This is because of its guaranteed effect: “forced cancellation”.

There is a special foreign type of cursed energy infused within this weapon, which allows this cursed technique to activate. Because of this cursed technique, even the most powerful cursed technique like the Limitless from Satoru Gojo can be negated.
